ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  1. Strong understanding and insight in the second language acquisition theory and practice, e.g., Stephen D Krashen’s theory
  •  2. Minimum 2 year’s first-hand oral English teaching experience in the countries or areas where English is not the native language
  •  3. Minimum 1 year first-hand experience to train the teachers to teach oral English
  •  4. With TEFL or relevant certification
  •  5. Experience on team management or project management with leading and tracking skills
  •  6. Knowledge of language training centers or institutes (marketing, course consulting, teaching and service etc.)
  •  7. Very good problem analysis and solving skills
  •  8. Good honors degree in language acquisition or closely related subject

TYPE OF KNOWLEDGE BASE PREFERRED

  •  1. Knowledge of kinds of latest teaching technology and tools e.g. VR etc
  •  2. Knowledge of China culture
  •  3. Knowledge of latest oral English curriculum solutions
  •  4. Knowledge of benchmark for oral English teaching and student level test/assessment

岗位要求:

ORGANIZATION:

Academic Center of Echo Education

Based on the second language acquisition theory of Stephen D. Krashen, to set up a high quality benchmark of oral English teaching and learning to constantly improve the student learning effectiveness through best practice implementation to put Echo Education in the dominating position in the oral English training industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Curriculum development: to cooperate with 3rd party of curriculum vendors to develop the short term curriculum (summer camp, winter camp, overseas camp etc.) and long term curriculum (systematic oral English training with level definitions), to implement the curriculum into course guide and lesson plans, to build the teaching material library so that each teacher can access the material anytime anywhere, to utilize the latest teaching technology into the teaching.
  • Teachers Training: to set up a TEFL certification center to train the teachers from inside and outside on basic teaching theory and practice (TEFL), to train the teachers to implement the curriculum as per the requirement, to set up a benchmark to monitor and assess the performance of the teachers regularly.
  • Learning effectiveness assessment: to set up a certification center for the students from inside and outside to assess the oral English proficiency based on which the students can be well located on the proper learning level.

Primary Duties


  • 1. Development and improvement of both new and in-use curricula for clients;
  • 2. Weekly examination of the teaching and co-teaching at the centers, the formation of reports, investigation of teaching problems, providing a reasonable improvement plan;
  • 3. To establish and improve the teaching and educational administration system, so that the process is standardized;
  • 4. Monitor customer satisfaction, identify common service problems, and create service improvement plans
  • 5. Participate in the front line of teaching and teaching research for the actuality vs. expected customer experience;
  • 6. To complete the other tasks assigned by the leadership;

4、对第一次未成功买单的客户,建立好客户档案,进行第二次的跟进和销售,以此类推;
5、保持与客户的良好沟通与联系;
6、每月完成既定销售指标 无需外访客户,公司将提供一定的客户到访。
